3. Data collection on our website

Cookies

This website itself does not use cookies. If you load the Google Maps map, Google may set cookies (see section 4).

Consent management

On your first visit, a notice asks whether external content (Google Maps) may be loaded. Your choice is stored only in your browser's local storage so that we do not have to ask again; it is not transmitted to us or third parties. The legal basis is § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG. You can change or revoke your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; the website operator has a legitimate interest in providing the website securely and without technical errors.

Hosting and data processing agreement

This website is hosted on servers of IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When the website is accessed and when contact form data is submitted, data (in particular server log files and the form content transmitted) is automatically processed on IONOS servers. We have concluded a data processing agreement with IONOS in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. IONOS acts solely on our instructions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure, technically flawless operation of the website).

Enquiries by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, your details including your contact data will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data remains with us until you ask us to delete it or the purpose of storage no longer applies; statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the form, including the contact data you provide, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The checkbox serves as additional documentation and does not change the legal basis. The data remains with us until you ask us to delete it or the purpose of storage no longer applies; statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

4. Plugins and tools

Google Maps

This site uses the map service Google Maps, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The map is not loaded automatically: only when you choose “Accept all” in the notice or click “Load map” does your browser connect to Google's servers. Your IP address is stored for this purpose and usually transferred to a Google server in the USA; Google may also set cookies. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG), which you can revoke at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. The transfer to the USA is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Google is certified. Further information: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Instagram

We refer to our Instagram profile with a simple link only; data is transferred only when you click the link. No other third-party plugins or tools (e.g. YouTube or Google Web Fonts) are embedded.
